Tivo Still Winning

I came across a post over at Techcrunch today that talked about yet another court victory for Tivo over EchoStar

From my perspective, Tivo deserves every dime it gets. They were the true innovators - they developed strong intellectual property and brought it to market first. They have struggled to make ay profit from this opportunity and that is the true shame of the Tivo story.

How many blogs do we need

I know it may be ridiculous, but we have a lot of spots in which to blog. There are two "company" sites at Von Kirk Enterprises and Digital Media Stream, plus this little blogger site, but the most interesting one for us is more than just a blog.

At National Outdoors, we have our own individual blogs, but we provide outdoor gear reviews, make posts about favorite local outdoor destinations and outdoor passions, keep the outdoors gear store up to date, organize an outdoor recreation directory, and allow local experts to submit their own content in exchange for free outdoor links.

All in all, I think covers about half of them. All add the rest later.

Does it all work

I am attempting to use trackbacks for the first time and so please bear with this post if for some reason you are reading this.

It never ends

The number of places that are set up for self publishing, cross linking, expressing oneself seem to be endless. I was just trying to use some webmaster tools at google when instead I find yet another blog tool that is waiting for me to use. Typically, we have just made posts on our individual domains at Von Kirk Enterprises and Digital Media Stream.
